Rooted in farming.

I came fully into farming after my marriage in 2022. What began as a personal connection with the land gradually became a much deeper journey- learning how to grow food, care for the soil and understand what happens to a crop after it leaves the field.

Today, I grow crops such as kiwi, garlic and turmeric in Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh. Along the way, I began experimenting with ways to preserve and add value to what the farm produces- making kiwi and apricot jams, dehydrated kiwi, turmeric, coriander and garlic powders, curry leaf powder, ghee and anardana.

These are still small, personal efforts, growing slowly and naturally into something bigger. I am learning the complete journey of food- from cultivation to processing, packaging, value creation and, eventually, the consumer.
